"I am Acting P.S.A.22 and

on 21st July last I was officer in Charge Lok Ma Chau Police

Station. I was transferred to Lok Ma Chau on May 3rd last.

I was married and my wife, Dora Winifred, lived at Lok Ma Chau

with me.

I had under me at that Station the following persons,

police officers and others, of which I produce a list (Ex.c).

P.C. B.543 Dalip Singh was transferred to Lok Ma Chau soon after

I went there. He gave no real trouble though he appeared rather

lazy and unwilling.

On July 16th I had to report him on paper to the A.S.P. Now

Territory, for sitting down when on duty as Station guard.
